In every piece of service provided, the goal is to help clients discover the people and processes that allow them to grow and meet their strategic initiatives.
She knows the technology and best practices available to help companies scale successfully and can develop and implement custom talent attraction, acquisition, and retention strategies. She can also help flesh out leadership and key position needs and does the work to discover top candidates. She has built, trained, and developed recruitment teams and played a key role in employment branding.
