Recruitment Process Outsourcing

- Implementation and management of ad campaigns leveraging your current systems
- Active sourcing from all applicable job boards and associations
- Hosting of interview or hiring events
- Slate of top candidates summarized and presented for interview

Fees for this service include a monthly management fee and a slate fee charged when we present 3-5 qualified candidates for each position assigned. These fees are lower than typical recruitment costs and are based on volume.
The Talent Store NOW Subscription
In response to COVID 19, we are offering The Talent Store NOW subscription plan for 90 day increments.
For the months of June, July and August, companies will be able to register for our annual subscription plan for a 90 day trial.
Companies will be able to leverage our consulting and recruiting services to rebuild their teams, develop and implement the policies and programs needed to bring people back to work.

Do you need additional support?
If you’ve lost health coverage due to a job change or layoff, you have options:
- COBRA is a continuation of your employer health insurance coverage. Typically, employers discontinue their contribution to your monthly premiums, so, you are responsible for the full cost of coverage plus a 2% administrative charge.
- Shop the Marketplace on Healthcare.gov; loss of employer (or other) health coverage is a qualifying event that allows you to enroll in new health insurance outside of open enrollment. You have 60 days from the date of insurance loss to enroll. https://www.healthcare.gov/
- You can also explore your options for you and your family with AHCCCS, Arizona’s Medicaid agency. https://www.azahcccs.gov/ You can also explore food assistance through SNAP.
If you’ve lost your job for good or for now, you can file for unemployment benefits through the state’s Department of Economic Security (DES). There has been a loosening of requirements to receive unemployment that is detailed at DES’ site. Additionally, the Federal Government has added a $600 per week benefit to the typical state benefits. There is a flood of people filing, so be patient and persistent and in the box that asks if you are looking for work, simply write “COVID-19”. https://www.healthcare.gov/
the Families First Coronavirus Act (FFCRA) outlined temporary expansions to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and adds an Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act (EPSLA). This adds paid sick leave for Corona Virus quarantine or the care of a family member and adds 10 weeks to the employer FMLA requirement.
