Retained Executive Search Services

A retained partnership agreement is structured to guarantee exclusivity and ensure all parties are dedicated to seeing the full process through.

Retained Search Services are charged at a flat rate based on 15% of the estimated first year compensation for the position.  The first third is paid at project kick-off, the second third paid to begin the interview process and the remaining paid at placement.  While there is an upfront investment, this offers a savings in total cost as well as time investment from your internal team.

  • Job requisition meeting with all parties involved in the hiring decision
  • Launch of full search campaign confidentially or as a representative of your company
  • Personal response to all applicants on your behalf whether qualified or not, leaving the door open for your future review
  • Submission of matching candidates that includes resume, culture/soft skills match and full summary of our initial interview
  • Interview scheduling and process management
  • Salary negotiation and offer closing

Contingent Executive Search Services

A contingent partnership allows you to only pay a fee if we represent the person hired.  While more expensive, this can allow you to run your own recruiting efforts and can be a great proving ground when developing a new relationship with us. We believe we will win your future retained business after proven success with this initial search.

Our Contingent Search Services are charged at 20% of first year total compensation, billed and due after offer acceptance and/or upon start date.
