Another way to improve and increase recruiting capabilities and effectiveness is to outsource the process to an expert who can leverage tried and true processes and scale to your advantage.  This could be to outsource all recruitment, by a specific department or specialty or temporarily for a specific project.

According to the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA): An RPO provider acts as a company’s internal recruitment function for a portion or all its jobs.  RPO providers manage the entire recruiting/hiring process from job profiling through the on-boarding of the new hire.  A properly managed RPO will improve a company’s time to hire, increase the quality of the candidate pool, provide verifiable metrics, reduce costs and improve compliance.

The significant cost is in labor (recruiters), technology (ATS) and advertising.  The management or project fees have been set to cover that overhead while also finding savings for our clent partners – creating a win-win.

A company may be interested in outsourcing their recruiting process rather than build out their own talent acquisition infrastructure.
